  I am a Samsung fan.. and have been since I bought Galaxy S (the very first). Samsung's top of the line phones are no doubt in direct competition with Apple.. and have left iPhones behind in many aspects if you ask me. This store however does not do the products justice.
  
  I visited the Apple store in Sydney and then walked to the Samsung store. The difference is clear. Apple has only a handful of items to sell.. yet they showcase it in a way that appeals a certain kind of clientele. The design of the store, the way the products are displayed.. and the way customers are greeted and served sets Apple apart from any other electronics store you walk into.
  Samsung on the other hand has so much to offer, yet the store looks like most other upmarket electronics stores. Maybe this is where the next improvement needs to be made.
